Whenever I’m feeling off I try to pay attention, connect with people in person, and slow down. Sometimes, being around other people isn’t possible and the next best thing is reading or watching something that feels warm. The internet at its best it can entertain you, teach you, or remind you of something you already knew but in low moments forget. It can also be an overwhelming ocean of options so here are a few links….
