This week I spoke with Virgie Tovar. She's an author, activist and one of the nation's leading experts and lecturers on fat discrimination and body image. She is the founder of Babecamp, a course designed to help women who are ready to break up with diet culture. We met through our mutual friend Isabel Foxen Duke and became fast friends. In this episode we cover fashion and identity, the intersection of fatness and sexuality, and the wisdom of trusting our own bodies.
