((HAPPYTHANKYOUMOREPLEASE))EMPATHY,SOCIALMEDIAMEMORIES,ANDPANDEMICCREATIVEPROCESSWITHJESSICAMURNANE
This week I brought back on the podcast for the third time, a friend of mine, writer, and host of the One Part Podcast, Jessica Murnane. Jessica's second book Know Your Endo helps people who experience endometriosis feel less alone. In this conversation we catch up, chat about making it through hard moments, and having to keep moving while feeling things intensely. She's one of the most empathetic people I know. We also get into a deep dialogue about social media, our ever changing and complex relationship with it, and how it relates to memories. We talk about her creative process, her writing process during the pandemic in the midst of homeschooling her son, and she shares her HappyThankYouMorePlease prompts.
